The Milken Center provides employment preparation, GED preparation, tutoring, and leadership development to youth in school as well as out of school between the ages of 14-21.

“ YDRF is making significant changes in the way Milken Center participants are viewing their experience as Trailblazers.  Thus far, PSWs have engaged in presenting awards at our annual Trailblazer awards ceremony, helped beautify the building’s physical space, and are currently working on blending the theme of Rock the Vote with that of recruiting participants for this coming year.  There is much more to come as the use of the YDRF philosophy is embraced by staff, participants and supporters along the way.  Acting as a catalyst for this active change, my position will encompass that of educating, nurturing, growing, adapting, giving encouragement, energizing, navigating, and being transparent.”
